Bingo Was Great!
Happy Fall Hopper Families!
Fall is here and it is a lot of fun at Reidenbaugh. We had several amazing meetings this past week, each on a different topic. If you are a room parent and didn't make the meeting on Monday, please contact Roseanne Myers at rtmrunner@gmail.com. On Tuesday we had two people representing our school at the Safety Meeting with a presentation from Assistant Superintendent Dr. Dale Reinman and Safety Coordinator Bette Oberle. If you have any interest in learning more about this group of parents are doing to insure our schools are safe from intruders and guns, take a look at this post.
On Tuesday we also had our Mini-Thon meeting with the program liaison. What a beautiful program! Did you know Reidenbaugh had an assembly to explain the story of how Mini-Thon started to your children? For more info on that, feel free to contact Debbie Keys at keysde@mtwp.net or Rebecca Stanion at rebeccas1222@yahoo.com. We hope all families interested in participating in our school production attended the Parent Information Night last Wednesday as there is a whole lot of work that goes into putting the play together.
We had our Back to School Bingo this past Thursday and, as always, it's so nice to see all the families mingling and having a good time.A total of 180 people came spend the evening playing Bingo with us, which brought about $450 to our school! Heatherann Paul, thank you for organizing this great night for us!! And for the pictures! If you missed this one, don't worry, we have another Bingo Night later in the year. Spiritwear orders are due this coming Friday, have you ordered yours yet? We also have Kids For Thon. Check out these posts and more below.

To register in the student directory just go to our website ReidPTO.com and click on the big red apple we inserted on the HOME page to make it easy for you. If you have more than one child, you will need to enter them separately. Sorry, we are not that tech savvy.
PTO BOARD MEMBERS: I'm touched by the fact that you must think I'm doing a great job on the e-blast and you don't want to take that from me. However, this is my child's last year at Reidenbaugh and I won't be a part of this PTO next year. If I can do this, so can you! I will show you how easy it is. Remember, this is the main channel of contact between Reidenbagh PTO and Reidenbaugh families. Again, if you are willing to help, please contact me, Chris Drew,at christiedrew@gmail.com. Thank you!
BOX TOPS: You received two orange papers at the beginning of the year. Those were Box Tops information and collection papers. If you are not familiar with this program, it is a national school earnings program that has been around for over 20 years where the families collect Box Tops from their food packages. Last year we earned approximately $1200.00!! We are asking for your help to get us $1300.00 this year! Please consider registering at the Box Tops website to help Reidenbaugh reach our goal. Click here for more information. Christine Mathers and Jamie Stevens are in charge of the Box Tops for Education for our school. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact them at (717) 519-8861 or cmathers@comcast.net for Christine, or Jamie at (717)341-2336 or jstevens03@comcast.net.
